Tangela Jones Is from Columbus, Georgia. She is currently employed with Northside Hospital as an Onboarding Specialist. She enjoys mentoring and uplifting youth, running and walking. She has run several 5Ks, 10Ks, 15Ks, half marathons and full marathons. She also loves reading, watching movies and spending time with her husband and daughter. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a Chartering Member and current member of NCNW the Northwest Georgia Section. She also serve as the current Citizen Representative for district 14 on the ARC Board where she also serves on several subcommittees, like the Workforce Development Board and the youth workforce development board, NextGen. She serves as the Corresponding Secretary of the North Suburban Chapter of Jack and Jill and on several boards that empower youth in our communities, i.e., Mentoring and extended Education.
