Connie Morris works New Riverside Ochre Company (NRO), Cartersville, Georgia, the oldest ochre and umber mining company in the western hemisphere. She holds a BS in Engineering (Chemical) and Master in Business Administration degrees. She has over 30 years of experience in engineering, safety and plant design as well as construction and process management. She has volunteered with several groups in Cobb, Bartow, and Floyd Counties of North Georgia as well as in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She is a member of the Episcopal Church of the Incarnation in Atlanta, Georgia.
